What is online therapy at Weave?

Online therapy at Weave, Centre for Integrative Psychiatry, is structured talking work held over secure video, by appointment, anywhere in India.

  • Therapy here means a clinical conversation with a purpose: noticing the patterns that keep returning, understanding why they return, and practising different ways of responding. It is not quick advice or generic motivation.
  • Sessions are held by Dr. Niharika Reddy or Dr. Wilfred D'souza, Consultant Psychiatrists at Weave. The therapy and any conversation about medication can sit with the same clinician.
  • Every session is 20 or 30 minutes. You choose the length when you book. A 20-minute session is INR 2,200 and a 30-minute session is INR 3,000.
  • The clinic itself is in Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai, if you would rather come in person later. The WhatsApp number for appointments and enquiries is +91 7625004229.

Therapy is a structured conversation with a clinical purpose, and the exact method depends on the person rather than on a menu.

Early sessions

Sessions happen online by secure video. The first few usually focus on understanding the problem and deciding the direction together.

Later sessions

These may work on patterns, skills, meaning, emotional regulation, communication, or setback prevention, depending on what the work needs.

Good therapy should not feel like being lectured. It should feel like being helped to see the pattern clearly enough to move differently.
