WEAVE FAMILY, ONE PAGE

When worry will not stop

Planning takes action. Worry circles uncertainty.

WHAT IF? then BODY ALARM, then CHECK OR ASK, then BRIEF RELIEF, then WORRY RETURNS.

My mind prepared for every disaster. My body stayed tense. Checking the door or messages helped briefly; then worry came back.

WORRY SPREADS. ATTENTION GETS STUCK. THE BODY STAYS ON ALARM.

New body symptoms still need a proper check.

WRITE: Name the worry in one sentence. ASK: Action today, or uncertainty? DO: Take one useful step. Pause repeated checking.

Therapy or guided self-help can change the loop. Ask a clinician to check health problems, medicines and substance use.

FAMILY: Listen. Help with one action. Do not mock, take over or keep reassuring.

GET HELP NOW: Immediate self-harm danger; collapse; severe breathing difficulty; or new severe chest pain. Call 112 or go to emergency care. Book a quick review if worry harms sleep, work, study or self-care, or you use substances to cope. Tele-MANAS 14416 / 1800-89-14416.
