Methodology and limitations
Count entries whose status is live and whose HTML editions exist. Topic is the existing catalogue condition label. Count each title once. Exclude the planned child-psychosis entry. Topic labels are editorial categories, not prevalence or reader demand.
The catalogue offers English, Hindi in Devanagari and Roman scripts, Marathi and Kannada. Not every title has all five editions.
These counts describe the published collection; they do not represent symptoms, diagnoses, clinical outcomes or the preferences of people in Mumbai or India.
No patient records, individual browsing histories or personal identifiers were accessed. No reading-event data support a “1,000+ reads” claim, a top-12 family-question ranking or an outcome percentage.

Next: understanding the questions families bring
A future project could describe anonymous, consented survey responses. Its question wording, dates, selection method, denominator and exclusions would be published with the results. There are no survey results yet.
